Will my router work with a wireless xbox 360 adapter?

I have a Netgear rangemax dual band wireless-N router (WNDR3300). I know that the xbox wireless adapters do not work with N routers but I think this router is able to connect with G. I don’t really wanna go blow $100 to find out the adapter won’t work. Thanks.

I can log in to Netgear thing at 192.168.1.1 and i entered the WEP key. What about all those other complicated things like MAC address and all that.
