Where do companies buy xbox 360 systems? And do they make a profit for each system they sell?

Do they buy them directly from Microsoft? Does anyone know?

My best guess would be that microsoft of course sells them to the companies first or they wouldn’t be able to even have the 360. Then the companies sells it for their own profit. I think microsoft’s money comes from the 360s being sold to the companies who sell them like Gamestop and Target. But, they might get a bit of money themselves sometimes from those stores.

The legit business get them from the distribution center, which gets it from MS. The ones where you see them selling it for half the price, probably got them from some knockoff place in China or Taiwan or where ever piracy is rampant.

Of course companies make a profit. If they don’t, how else are they going to stay in business?

I used to work at a used game store (not gamestop or EB). We had a distributor that we bought all of our new stuff through-including systems.
